No. Agents, bots and guests do not take paid seats. Paid subscriptions are based on active members, subject to any committed minimum and at least one seat while the subscription remains active. Single-channel guest allowances are shown in the comparison table.

Yes, on a plan with agents. Connect a supported provider key, Claude subscription or Codex subscription, and Dugout does not bill that agent’s model tokens. Machines, voice, transcription and images are still billed where used. A positive Dugout usage balance is required even when you bring your own connection.

Agent work pauses, including agents using your own key or subscription. Add usage to continue. Chat, docs and saved files remain available. Optional auto-recharge can help avoid interruptions, but payment failures, recharge limits or rapid usage can still cause a pause.

Included usage resets each billing cycle and does not roll over. Purchased usage carries over for 12 months from the purchase date.

Charges depend on the service. Images are charged only when an image is returned. Agent turns are charged for the model tokens they actually used, so an unsuccessful task can still consume usage.
